The author's treatment of this subject starts rightly so with the individual dimension, then on to organizational development, but the book gets too attached to the "p|About the Author|is internationally known for her work on tackling discrimination by means of Persona Dolls. She is the author of Unlearning Discrimination in the Early Years.
